Join us as we partner with Local Personal Chef Lauren Cummings @fiddleheadchef as she curates the perfect fall tea menu featuring local specality honey by Bee America!

Each item on the menu has been lovingly handcrafted to highlight the unqiue tastes and textures of some of Bee America's most special honeys. Lauren will guide you on your culinary adventure as you enjoy a full fall tea menu including delicious items such as:

Honey Ginger Scones

Lavender Honey Shortbread Cookies

Honey Pecan Oatmeal Cookies

Assorted Tea Sandwiches

Meet Lauren:

Born in Washington, DC and raised in Silver Spring, MD, Chef Lauren Cummings first began working in restaurants at age 14. After earning her BA in Criminology & Criminal Justice from The University of Maryland, College Park, Lauren moved to Peru, worked as a bartender, and learned Spanish. Upon her return, Lauren served in social services but soon realized her passion was still in the kitchen. 

In 2017, She attended The Art Institute of Washington where she studied Culinary Arts and Management. As a first year student, Lauren won the inaugural Grand Chef Challenge, a Chopped-style competition. 

After working with several top caterers in the Washington DC area, Chef Lauren Cummings launched her Personal Chef Business in April 2018. She now prepares customized weekly meals for family and senior clients in Washington DC, mindful of dietary preferences, food sensitivities & health goals.

Bee America is a family-owned company located in Bethesda, Maryland.They specialize in artisanal and rare honey varieties and only produce 100% natural honey and honey products.
